All participants in the US must enter a US Social Security or Taxpayer ID number. International customers simply enter "International" in this field.
You may NOT receive credit for referring yourself.
You may NOT promote sales to people who don’t want to receive electronic communication from your business or organization. Your site does not and will not make use of any form of unsolicited commercial e-mail ("spam").

Affiliate Responsibilities
You will be solely responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of your site and for all materials that appear on your site, including, but not limited to, links between your site and CatholicQuiz.com. You agree to indemnify and hold CatholicQuiz.com harmless from all claims, damages and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees) relating to the development, operation, maintenance and contents of your site.

CatholicQuiz.com Responsibilities
We shall be responsible for providing all information necessary to allow you to make affiliate links from your site to CatholicQuiz.com. We shall be solely responsible for processing every order placed by a customer following your affiliate link and for tracking the volume and amount of sales generated by your link. We shall be responsible for order entry, payment processing, cancellations and related customer service inquiries.

Reservation of Rights
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access our site through the affiliate links we provide and in connection with such links to use certain associated images, logos and trademarks of CatholicQuiz.com, and its online memberships for the sole purpose of promoting CatholicQuiz.com on your site. These rights do not constitute any assignment or transfer of ownership interests, and you agree not to use these images, logos and trademarks for any purpose other than promoting CatholicQuiz.com in your marketing efforts.

We shall make available to you a variety of graphic and textual links, which you may display in as many areas of your marketing efforts as you desire. These links identify you as a member of the CatholicQuiz.com Affiliate program and provide information that we use to track visitors that originate from your link. If you use our graphic links, you agree not to modify those graphic images nor substitute any other graphic image in their place without first receiving written permission from CatholicQuiz.com.

Commission Earned
Each Affiliate is eligible to receive a 20% commission for every Individual, Family or Teacher Membership sold. Orders will be verified. Affiliate commissions are paid on a quarterly basis. Commissions are paid via Pay Pal.

How is the payment handled?
Commission payments (payouts) are issued in US dollars, and are paid quarterly via PayPal on the 15th of the month.

First quarter
Time period (January 1 – March 31); Payout by April 15

Second quarter
Time period (April 1 – June 30); Payout by July 15

Third quarter
Time period (July 1 – September 30); Payout by October 15

Fourth quarter
Time period (October 1 – December 31); Payout by January 15

What do I need to become an affiliate?

All Affiliate Program memberships are subject to prior approval. CatholicQuiz.com reserves the right to refuse to do business with anyone, at any time, for any reason; including the right to refuse service to any new or existing affiliate, in its sole discretion, with or without cause.

By using the CatholicQuiz.com Affiliate Program, you warrant that:

You are 18 years of age and there is no legal reason that you cannot enter into a binding agreement.
You are the owner or are licensed to use the entire contents contained on Your website.
Your website and/or customer promotion e-newsletter and/or email do not and will not violate any law or regulation.

You understand that the payout amount may be changed at any time. You are responsible for determining if the payout for a link you have placed on your site has changed or been discontinued.

Money credited to your account does not accrue interest.

Refunds and Charge-backs
In the case of refunds, when necessary, the commission will be deducted from the next quarterly payment sent to the Affiliate.
